What to expect from My Patchi- Personalizing and customizing selected boxes with images and texts in different fonts, patterns, and colours of your choice. The lids/tops and all sides of the boxes can be fully customised. The back always displays patchi.com.
- Personalizing and customizing the stickers on selected Patchi chocolate pieces for selected boxes only with images and texts in different fonts, patterns, and colours of your choice.
- The Boxes, chocolate pieces and fillings are predefined by Patchi.
- The ability to select from the available set options only.
- The minimum order varies for each country.

What to expect from the packaging
- Paper/cartoon grammage for soft and hard carton. Soft carton up to 300 gsm. Hard carton boxes up to 500 gsm
- Stickers and/or labels are 80 gsm.
- Bags, ribbons, tags and extra sleeves are not available.
- Foil, spot UV and embossing/debossing are not available.
What to expect from the chocolate
- Patchi premium quality chocolate made from the finest natural ingredients without any preservatives.
- Chocolate pieces are produced on order.
- Shelf-life dates:
o Biscuitine: 4 months
Milk or dark chocolate with chocolate wafer
o Audace: 5months
Milk chocolate with hazelnut pieces
o Amandine: 4 months
Milk chocolate with gianduja cream and whole caramelized almond
What to expect from the order
- A clear indication of the delivery date.
- A clear indication of the delivery charges. A link will be sent to Customer for payment.
- Changes are not allowed after placing the order unless with the discretional approval of Patchi and may be subject to additional fees.
- No samples will be provided. Once the order is placed and accepted by Patchi, the production will start, and the full order will be delivered as indicated.
How to store the chocolate
- Chocolate should be kept out of direct sunlight in a cool, dark, and dry place away from strong odours.
- Chocolate should be stored in a temperature between 18-21 degrees Celsius and a humidity between 45-55%.

THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT IT SHALL NOT USE MY PATCHI IN A MANNER AND FOR A PURPOSE THAT IS UNLAWFUL OR ILLEGAL.
THE CUSTOMER ALSO REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THE CUSTOMIZED CONTENTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE UPLOADED IMAGES, PICTURES, GRAPHICS, LOGOS, STICKERS, LABELS, TEXTS, AND SLOGANS, DO NOT, IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER, (I) INCLUDE THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, BLASPHEMOUS, PORNOGRAPHIC, OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONTENT, (II) VIOLATE THE LAW AND/OR (III) INFRINGE ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.
THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PATCHI MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SUITABILITY AND LEGALITY OF THE CUSTOMZIED BOX, PACKAGING AND WRAPPING; ANY CUSTOMIZED CONTENT IS STRICTLY AT THE CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY.
PATCHI SHALL NOT PROCEED WITH A PLACED ORDER IF SUCH ORDER OBVIOUSLY INCLUDES, IN PATCHI’S OPINION, THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, BLASPHEMOUS, PORNOGRAPHIC, OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE, ILLEGAL AND/OR INFRINGING CONTENT.
PATCHI RESERVES ITS RIGHT TO ASK THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE ITS COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AND/OR BUSINESS LICENSE AND/OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT THAT ALLOW PATCHI TO VALIDATE THE INDENTITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
IN NO EVENT WILL PATCHI BE RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR ANY THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONTENT UPLOADED BY THE CUSTOMER, NOR FOR ANY INFRINGEMENT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES RESULTING FROM ANY CONTENT UPLOADED BY THE CUSTOMER AND/OR FROM THE CUSTOMIZED BOX AS SUCH INCLUDING THE PACKAGING AND WRAPPING.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PATCHI BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCURRED BY ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THE CUSTOMIZED BOX, PACKAGING AND/OR WRAPPING.
THE CUSTOMER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS PATCHI FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, DAMAGEES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES AND OTHER COSTS OF DEFENDING AN ACTION) INCURRED BY PATCHI AS A RESULT OF A BREACH BY THE CUSTOMER OF ANY OF ITS WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS CONTAINED HEREIN AND/OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CUSTOMIZED BOX, PACKAGING AND/OR WRAPPING.
