1. Customer’s Orders

  • Orders: Any orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us according to availability of the products. We will use our best efforts to provide you with accepted orders at the expected delivery date in accordance with the Service Terms and Conditions, subject, however, to delays due to Force Majeure. Deliveries will be made by courier to your indicated address, Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 2:00pm, excluding official holidays.
  • Cancellation and changes to orders: Order placed cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Refunds or Exchanges: All items on the Service are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable.

2. Payment security

We assure you that payment on-line is safe and secure. The information you provide is automatically encrypted and cannot be read while transmitted over the net.

Payment security: We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted links between a server and a client. Also, you will notice that URL starts with”https:” instead of “http:” which means that you are in a secure mode. Our payment gateway provider is Bank Audi who support the industry leading cardholder authentication systems provided by Visa and MasterCard international including:

  • Card Security Code Verification (CVC/CVV2)
  • MasterCard Secure Code
  • Verified by Visa

3. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, damages or loss caused by Force Majeure Events or cause beyond our reasonable control. The expected delivery date shall be deemed automatically extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay under this provision.

4. Consequential damages

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Service Owner shall not be held liable for any consequential, contingent or incidental damages whatsoever resulting from any use of the products provided through the Service.

5. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the Service, or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
