Patchi's story begins in 1974 sparked by Nizar Choucair's passion for chocolate. Driven by the belief that chocolate elevates shared moments, he initiates the first chocolate gifting concept in Beirut.
Patchi continues its expansion all across the Middle East opening its first boutiques in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Sharjah.
To meet its growing success, the brand opened a factory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, one year later.
As Patchi expands globally, its chocolate creations make a mark in Europe. The brand has established itself in Harrods, offering the world's most prestigious box of chocolates for £5000.
Patchi modernizes its identity and becomes the ultimate luxury chocolate gift destination. Building momentum, it releases its new luxury chocolate box collection.
Patchi's success continues to grow. To keep up with its development, it increases its production capacity, reaching 4 tonnes of chocolate a day in its Lebanon factory.
Patchi takes a significant step forward. The brand redefines its retail experience to create elevated moments within its first Patchi Cafe and launches its unwrapped chocolate and macarons collection.
Propelled by its daring spirit, Patchi enters the Chinese market. This venture has been a great success, with the market doubling every year since.
To guarantee success in the future, Patchi has launched an ambitious factory that raises the bar for sustainability in the Middle East.
The new 200,000-square-meter plant in Dubai reduces energy consumption with its innovative on-grid solar system and state-of-the-art waste water recycling process
The brand has now become a global brand with 200 shops across 30 markets and 4 factories in Middle East. Its Dubai Mall flagship has been revamped to reflect the best-in-class experience.
